- Lead and execute strategy to ensure that the distribution teams have the appropriate capability, focus and activity to secure the required distribution of products
- Host technical seminars and workshops for advisers and distribution teams
- Champion investment propositions within the UK Distribution Team
- Support sales managers with expert insights on investment, tax, and trust planning
- Assist marketing and proposition teams with technical input
- Level 4 Financial Services qualification (CII Diploma or equivalent)
- Strong investment, tax, and trust knowledge
- Proven ability to present and train small and large groups
- Experience in a regulated sales environment (frontline sales or advisory support preferred)
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and willing to travel.
