NJR Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting for one of the UKs largest Investment Management firms who are looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to join their team.
Focussing on process improvement and developing practices, this is a great role for an experienced investments professional with a good eye for detail.

Working with key stakeholders, you will design, introduce, and review processes to drive and support continuous improvement within an award-winning Investment Management team.
Duties will include:
- Instigate and drive projects to completion
- Review current processes, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- Lead and support the delivery of change projects and implement MI to measure success.
- Proactively seek out opportunities for innovation and process improvement, driving initiatives to enhance competitiveness and/or profitability.
- Provide training and support to Investment Managers on new tools to maximise effectiveness.
- Work closely with colleagues to identify opportunities for efficiencies and continual process improvement.
What do we need from you?
- L3 CISI IOC (IAQ) qualification
- Previous experience of change and project management processes
- Good awareness of investment management industry trends and best practice.
- Confident in coaching and delivering knowledge to individuals or groups
- Methodical approach with excellent attention to detail.
- Positive advocate for change and continuous improvement.
