Our client is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Furniture Paint Sprayer to join their busy production team on the late shift. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality paint finishes to furniture products, ensuring precision and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate spray painting equipment to apply paints, stains, and finishes to furniture items.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary to achieve optimal results.
- Ensure accurate color matching and uniformity in all paint applications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and project deadlines.
- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of spray painting equipment.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in spray painting or a related field is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of different paint types, application methods, and industry-standard safety protocols.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team setting.
