A is a trusted leader in water hygiene and treatment services, ensuring safe and compliant water systems for our clients, working in close collaboration with the NHS throughout (but not limited to) the North of England.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Water Hygiene Technician, with full training provided.

Role & responsibilities

  • As a Trainee Water Hygiene Technician, you’ll be responsible for assisting in the monitoring, cleaning, and maintenance of water systems to comply with current water hygiene regulations.
  • Conduct water sampling and temperature checks across various sites
  • Clean and disinfect water systems, tanks, and cooling towers
  • Assist with inspections and risk assessments for Legionella control
  • Keep accurate records of inspections, test results, and services provided
  • Communicate effectively with clients and respond to any inquiries

Must have or hold

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Full UK driving license (Essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and follow health and safety protocols
