Assistant Town Planner - Leeds - SC1298

My client is an independent town planning consultancy based in Leeds, established 2005. The firm provides a range of planning services, focussing on delivering innovative solutions for complex developmental projects. Their expertise covers various aspects of the planning process, including site appraisals, developmental control, environmental impact assessments, and appeals

The consultancy has a strong focus on both residential and commercial development, with specific expertise in managing large scale residential and mixed-use sites. The team are involved with significant projects in the Leeds area, contributing to the development landscape with notable projects all across the North.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • One years of relevant planning experience.
  • A degree in Town Planning or a related field, preferably RTPI accredited.
  • Strong understanding of the UK planning system and London-specific planning policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail.
