Salary: Negotiable depending on skills and experience

Due to continued expansion, this established planning consultancy are urgently looking to appoint a Graduate Town Planner to work as part of their Leeds based Planning team. The successful Graduate Town Planner will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects within the residential, affordable housing, commercial and tourism sectors.

Skills & Experience Required:

MSc (or equivalent) in a relevant planning discipline
Student membership with the RTPI
Some planning experience is highly advantageous

Duties:

Managing concurrently running projects
Preparing site appraisals and development plan representations
Submitting planning applications and appeals
Liaising with clients and local authorities
