As the company continues to expand and develop new sites nationwide, they are looking for a Graduate Town Planner to join their team in Leeds. This role will provide a unique opportunity to support Senior Town Planning professionals across all stages of the company's in-house development capability, offering valuable exposure to the entire planning and development process.

Role Overview:As a Graduate Town Planner, you will assist with the evaluation and development of sites suitable for new care homes. You will play a key role in assessing potential sites based on key criteria such as population density, transport links, and proximity to local amenities. Additionally, you will support the preparation of planning applications, conduct research, liaise with local authorities, and ensure that each site aligns with the company's requirements.

You will also benefit from direct support and mentoring from senior planning professionals, gaining exposure to all disciplines across the planning and development processes. This role offers strong career progression, with the opportunity to manage your own independent applications as you gain experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the identification and assessment of potential development sites across the UK.
  • Conduct research into site suitability, including evaluating population density, transport links, and local amenities.

  • Collaborate with senior planners, local authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
