As a Town Planner, you will be responsible for preparing planning applications, drafting Planning Statements, conducting site visits, handling site promotions and appeals, and overseeing planning projects to ensure high-quality delivery.
Key Requirements:
- RTPI-accredited degree or equivalent qualification
- MRTPI Chartership (or in progress)
- Relevant experience, preferably in the private sector
- Strong understanding of Town & Country Planning regulations, including planning policy and development management
