About the Role as a Town Planner:
The client is looking for a MRTPI-qualified Senior Planner with Demonstrable years of post-qualification experience to join our dynamic, friendly team. This role offers diverse project work, client exposure, and career development opportunities within one of Yorkshire's leading planning consultancies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate planning applications across residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
  • Prepare planning applications, reports, and supporting documents while managing consultant inputs.
  • Lead pre-application discussions and negotiations with local authorities and stakeholders.

Skills & Experience Required by the Town Planner:

  • Relevant town planning experience (public or private sector).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to negotiate with local authorities, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and commercially aware approach.
  • Flexible, creative, and solution-driven mindset.
