A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for an ambitious and enthusiastic Town Planner to join an award-winning, multidisciplinary Independent Planning and Architecture Consultancy in the Leeds.

This award-winning team of chartered Town Planners are renowned for delivering an impressive range of development projects across both private and public sectors, with expertise in local plans, development control, appeals and environmental impact assessments!

Due to a growing pipeline of work, they are now looking to expand with the addition of an experienced Town Planner! The ideally candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

  • RTPI Chartered Planner (or working towards).
  • RTPI accredited degree in Town Planning or relevant subject.
  • Ability to lead own projects and also work as part of a team.
  • Experience in the preparation, submission, and management of a range of planning applications and appeals.
  • Confidence managing clients and attending client and local authority meetings.
  • Ability to provide clean and concise reasoned advice to clients both orally and written.
  • Time management and workload management skills.
