The client is seeking a talented Town Planner to join their team in Leeds, specializing in various sectors including Leisure, Commercial, and Residential.

Candidates should have an RTPI accredited town planning degree and ideally possess previous relevant experience in managing caseloads for planning applications.

The client, one of the largest independent Architecture, Town Planning, Master planning Consultancies, is looking for a talented Town Planner to join the team in Leeds. They are a multi-disciplinary who specialise in a various project across Leisure, Commercial, Residential, Renewables, Educational, Land-promotion and Mixed-Used sectors!

The Position as a Town Planner

The position as a Planning Consultant for a proactive individual with a personable attitude. As a Planning Consultant, you will be meaningfully engaged in a diverse range and scale of projects and be an active member in a multi-disciplinary team

Essential Criteria for the candidate as a Town Planner

RTPI accredited town planning degree or relevant
Working towards MRTPI or Chartered
Previous relevant experience.
A proven track record managing caseloads for different planning applications - residential / renewables ideally.
Have good communication and an enthusiastic mentality
Ability to work in a fast-faced environment
