The Role
We are working with an established private planning consultancy in Leeds that has carved out a strong reputation in a specialist sector. Known for delivering tailored planning solutions and achieving outstanding results for clients, they're looking to grow their talented team with the addition of a motivated Town Planner.

Key Responsibilities
路Manage planning applications, appeals, and site appraisals across the consultancy's specialist market.
路Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.
路Provide expert advice on planning policy, strategies, and development feasibility.
路Contribute to business development initiatives within the consultancy's niche sector.
What We're Looking For
路A degree in Town Planning or a related field, with RTPI accreditation (or working towards it).
路Experience in the private or public sector, with a solid understanding of the planning process.
路A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for working on specialist projects.
路Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships.
路Someone who is happy to go into the office 5 days a week and work with a collaborate team.
