Job Title: Architectural Technologist
Location: Leeds
Salary: 30,000 - 40,000
Contract Type: Permanent
Calibre Search are delighted to be working alongside one of Leeds's leading Architecture and Interior Design Organisations. We're looking to speak with an ambitious, enthusiastic and sociable Architectural Technologist to join with the team several flagship developments looking set to be added to the exciting pipeline of work they have set up for the coming year.
Our client has a talented team comprised of Architects, Architectural Technologists and Interior Designers who work on developments across a range of sectors both in the UK and around the world. Having been formed over a decade ago, this award-winning practice are one of the more recent success stories coming out of Leeds, having developed an impressive client base across a growing list of sectors.
We will be looking for candidates with the following skills
- Must have a proven track record in a similar role.
- Ideally the successful candidate will have experience working within on residential and / or student accommodation schemes.
- Good knowledge of the Building Regulations & UK procurement methods.
- Must be fully proficient using Revit
