The ideal candidate must have proven job-running experience, strong AutoCAD skills, and extensive retail sector expertise. Leadership, technical proficiency, and a keen eye for detail are essential.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:
- Architectural Technology degree with substantial industry experience.
- Lead projects from initial concept through to completion.
- Manage and coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Conduct site inspections and oversee on-site delivery.
- Ensure retail-focused designs meet client needs and technical standards.
- Advanced AutoCAD proficiency is essential.
- Strong understanding of construction standards and regulations.
- Experience running projects across all RIBA stages.
- Extensive Retail sector experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
