Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a varied caseload of clinical negligence claims from inception to resolution.
  • Handle complex matters of medical negligence claims.
  • Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare cases for settlement or litigation.
  • Liaise with clients, medical experts, and counsel to progress cases effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, maintaining the highest level of client care.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in clinical negligence.
  • Strong technical knowledge of clinical negligence law and litigation procedures.
  • Ability to independently manage a complex caseload while meeting deadlines.
