About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and driven Commercial Litigation Fee Earner to join our clients dynamic Leeds team. You will work closely with a range of talented Partner, Senior Associates, and office-based paralegals, contributing to a high-performing department that handles a variety of complex and engaging disputes.

You will play an integral role in supporting and developing the firm’s litigation practice, collaborating across teams while managing your own caseload.

ResponsibilitiesYour duties will vary based on experience and may include:

  • Managing a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, professional negligence claims, shareholder disputes, and more.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
  • Preparing and handling court applications and bundles.
  • Engaging directly with clients, professional advisors, and opposing solicitors.
  • Conducting legal research and advising on litigation strategies.
  • Supporting business development initiatives and identifying opportunities for growth within the department.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across offices to ensure seamless client service.
