Based in the firm’s central Leeds office, you will have a minimum of 6 years PQE within Commercial Litigation.

This leading, close-knit Commercial Disputes Team is looking for a Senior Associate solicitor. You will gain exposure to a broad range of good quality and interesting Commercial Dispute cases. This role has potential for development and progression for an individual with strong technical ability, a solid grounding in Commercial Disputes and a willingness to assume responsibility. You will contribute to the growth and development of the department, supervising and mentoring other team members.Â
In light of the range and depth of the available work, there is also the opportunity to specialise. So, if your experience or interest is more directed towards a certain area of Commercial Disputes – Construction or Property litigation, for example – please do get in touch.Â
This role would be ideal for candidates from a general Commercial Disputes/litigation background who are comfortable in dealing with breach of contract claims, shareholder and partnership, breaches of company administration requirements and directors’ duties, breach of confidence, professional negligence and fraud.
