I am looking to speak with Commercial Property Solicitors from NQ level up on behalf of a highly reputable commercial boutique law firm in Leeds.
To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 6 months experience handling a Commercial Property caseload.

The team handles all areas of property, including:
- Dealing with all property inquiries from both a Buyer and Seller perspective
- Drafting and negotiating the terms of commercial leases
- Acting for banks and lenders in respect of any queries
- Dealing with registration of the property and HM Land Registry
- Dealing with properties held in SIPPs
