About the RoleWe are excited to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a talented Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their busy and well-regarded team in Leeds. Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you will:

  • Manage a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
  • Liaise directly with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth progress of transactions.
  • Conduct title checks and draft necessary legal documents.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Proactively resolve client queries and provide exceptional service throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Support and contribute to the firm’s business development and marketing efforts.

About YouThe ideal candidate will:
