Duties:Â The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and ambitious lawyer who wants to develop their technical and commercial skills further through working on a wide range of quality instructions. Your caseload will include all areas of business law, in particular leading on transactional corporate work, but also complex group re-organisations, shareholder agreements and general corporate advisory.
