You will take a leading role in smaller deals, contributing to a diverse portfolio of work for clients that include private companies and PLCs, both domestically and internationally.The firm values relationship-building and client care, offering you the time and resources to develop strong connections with clients. You will also be actively involved in business development and collaborate with colleagues across various teams to share knowledge, skills, and opportunities.What They Are Looking ForThe ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law, with expertise in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, corporate governance, and reorganisations.As a Senior Associate, you will demonstrate strong technical skills and experience in mentoring and supporting junior team members.
