They offer 24/7 client care, ensuring their clients are at the centre of what they do.The Court of Protection team are looking to expand to include an experienced solicitor with a background of work in either Court of Protection or Private client work such as; Power of Attorney or deputyship applications etc. The successful candidate will be joining a team of like-minded individuals who uphold the firms values and put their clients at the hear of what they do. The team handles cases from those individuals who lack the mental capacity to do so themselves, relating to the management of finances and other affairs As one of the UK’s leading firms of solicitors, they have a dedicated and experienced team who specialise in all matters relating to the Court of Protection, in property and affairs specifically. Your Role You’ll provide quality legal advice to the firm’s clients by appropriate supervision and training and managing your very own caseload from the offset. Your role will involve:
  • Taking instructions from clients and giving legal advice.
  • The opportunity to manage own caseload, while also assisting the Partners and senior team members on High Value cases.
  • Reviewing cases and other relevant matters with supervisor to ensure quality legal advice is provided.
About You
  • 1-4 years PQE, with a Court of Protection background
