- Complex employment tribunal claims
- Business restructures, redundancies, and cross-border employment matters
- Executive-level employment issues, including senior-level recruitment, termination, compensation arrangements, and restrictive covenants
- High Court litigation and team move disputes
- Employment law aspects of corporate transactions, including M&A and outsourcing
- At least 2 years’ PQE in employment law, gained in a commercial law firm
- Strong technical and market knowledge in employment law, with experience in strategic advisory work and complex disputes
- A commercially aware and solutions-focused approach to client matters
- The ability to build strong client relationships and contribute to business development
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a proactive approach to working in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment
