- Managing a broad range of Private Client cases, including Wills, Trusts, Estate Administration, and Court of Protection matters.
- Advising clients on complex elderly client work, including managing financial affairs and planning for the future.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships with professionalism and empathy.
- Supporting the development of the Private Client offering through networking and business development.
- Contributing to the team’s success by collaborating with colleagues and offering insights for continuous improvement.
- Qualified Solicitor or Fee Earner with a minimum of 2 years PQE in Private Client work.
- Strong track record in handling elderly client matters, including Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection.
- Self-starter with excellent communication and client care skills.
