We're recruiting for a Locum Legal Counsel based in outside of Leeds for an immediate start on a 3-month contract supporting international business operations.

Description
The Locum Legal Counsel will be:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, NDAs, and master agreements.
- Advising on compliance matters, including privacy, ESG, and trade regulations.
- Supporting cross-border transactions and providing targeted legal advice.
- Assisting with property, HR, and company secretarial matters as needed.
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders to deliver practical, commercially driven strategies.
Profile
The Locum Legal Counsel should be:
- A solicitor or equivalent with 5+ years PQE.
- Experienced in commercial law; cross-border experience preferred.
- Confident in drafting and negotiating complex agreements.
- Solutions-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
