Description
The Personal Injury Solicitor will be responsible for:?
- Managing a caseload of claimant serious injury matters valued between £150,000 and £5 million.?
- Providing expert legal advice and representation to clients throughout the claims process.?
- Collaborating with medical professionals, experts, and other stakeholders to build robust cases.?
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements.?
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records using the firm's case management system.?
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members, as appropriate.?
- Attending court hearings and settlement negotiations as required.?
- Keeping abreast of developments in personal injury law and practice.
Profile
The Personal Injury Solicitor should be:?
- A solicitor or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience in handling serious injury matters.?
- Proficient in managing high-value, complex claimant cases.?
- Experienced in working with medical experts and interpreting complex medical evidence.?
- Able to demonstrate a strong track record of successful settlements and litigated outcomes.?
- Willing to travel to the office twice a month for team collaboration and meetings.
