Description

The Personal Injury Solicitor will be responsible for:?

  • Managing a caseload of claimant serious injury matters valued between £150,000 and £5 million.?
  • Providing expert legal advice and representation to clients throughout the claims process.?
  • Collaborating with medical professionals, experts, and other stakeholders to build robust cases.?
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements.?
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records using the firm's case management system.?
  • Supervising and mentoring junior team members, as appropriate.?
  • Attending court hearings and settlement negotiations as required.?
  • Keeping abreast of developments in personal injury law and practice.

Profile

The Personal Injury Solicitor should be:?

  • A solicitor or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience in handling serious injury matters.?
  • Proficient in managing high-value, complex claimant cases.?
  • Experienced in working with medical experts and interpreting complex medical evidence.?
  • Able to demonstrate a strong track record of successful settlements and litigated outcomes.?
  • Willing to travel to the office twice a month for team collaboration and meetings.
