- Manage your own caseload of personal injury claims
- Handle all stages of claims, from instruction through to resolution
- Prepare and organise file documentation, ensuring legal compliance
- Bill files and manage financial matters related to client cases
- Provide support to the wider personal injury department
- Maintain exceptional client care standards, both in person and via written and verbal communication
- Professional client care: You are approachable, friendly, and communicate complex legal details in a clear and confident manner
- Excellent communication skills: You have an exceptional telephone manner and produce clear, concise legal documents
- IT proficiency: You’re confident with technology and quick to learn new systems
- Team player: You work well independently but thrive in a collaborative environment
- Flexible, proactive attitude: You bring a ‘can do’ approach to your work
- 3 to 5 years PQE, PI Experience
- A current Practising Certificate for qualified candidates
