A well-established Legal 500 firm with offices across the North East and Yorkshire is looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its growing team in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-value private client matters while benefiting from a supportive and flexible working environment.The role involves handling a broad range of private client work, including capital tax planning, trusts, asset protection, and succession issues. The successful candidate will be responsible for calculating inheritance tax liabilities, drafting wills, letters of wishes, and trust documents, as well as managing estate administration and compliance with trust regulations. Regular client interaction, including meetings with personal representatives and third parties, will also be a key part of the role.Applicants must be qualified solicitors with at least five years of post-qualification experience in private client law. Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and outstanding written and verbal communication abilities are essential.
