Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and negotiate contracts, from T&Cs to NDAs, grant agreements, and non-contentious construction work (e.g., JCTs, NECs).
  • Support key council initiatives and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, delivering strategic solutions that safeguard the council’s objectives.
