Are you an experienced Property Litigation Senior Associate or Legal Director looking to take your career to the next level in a supportive and progressive environment? Our client, a leading law firm based in Leeds, is seeking talented solicitors with a minimum of 5 years' PQE to join their growing Property Litigation team. With a focus on supervising and mentoring their Associates, you'll have the opportunity to build and develop client relationships while working on a varied and rewarding caseload.

Key responsibilities:

Managing landlord and tenant portfolios including lease renewals, rent reviews, and dilapidationsHandling mortgage repossessionsProviding advice on option agreements, easements, and restrictive covenantsAssisting residential developer clients with land purchase and vacant possession strategies
