  • Candidates must possess a broad range of commercially focused property litigation experience to be considered for an interview.

  • Salary expectations are flexible to attract the right expertise, and additional benefits are available.

One of Yorkshire's leading legal firms has an excellent opportunity for a Real Estate Disputes Solicitor in their thriving Leeds office. With a rich client base across a number of sectors but with a particularly strong reputation within the retail sector, this is an excellent opportunity for gifted property litigation lawyers to take the next step in their career and engage with nationally recognised clients.

Applying candidates will need to show a significant amount of property litigation work in the commercial sector on as broad a range of matters as possible given the varied nature of work that my client's team are engaged in. This experience must be commercially focused and without particularly exceptional experience, candidates without contentious property experience in the commercial sector are unlikely to be considered for interview.

My client does operate a hybrid working policy and will require the successful candidate to work 3 days a week in their central Leeds office with the remaining 2 days being allocated for working remotely. It will therefore be important for candidates wanting to apply for this role that they are within commutable distance of Leeds.

In terms of salary, my client is prepared to consider applications from candidates with varying salary expectations in order to attract the level of expertise required to continue driving this highly successful team forward. There are also additional benefits available with this role which can be discussed further on receipt of an application.
