The firm offers a guaranteed flow of work—there is no need for business development or client generation. The model is built around one client providing all the work, ensuring job stability and consistent fees.

This particular project involves a fully bespoke conveyancing service with fixed fees and a low-volume caseload per lawyer—approximately five instructions per week, with a maximum of 60 active cases at any given time.
Unlike high-volume conveyancing departments, this firm offers a structured, two-tier fixed fee model for all transactions.
