Residential Development Managing Associate  8 YEARS PQE +80,000 +An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced lawyer to join one of the largest and most respected residential development teams in the country. This team operates within a top-tier international law firm, renowned for its excellence and a laid-back, welcoming culture.The successful candidate will work with a national, high-profile team on high-value residential development and investment projects.Responsibilities include handling complex contracts such as conditional/unconditional contracts, option agreements, development funding agreements, and more.About the Team:
  • The Residential team is one of the largest in the industry.
  • They work on a wide range of projects across the Living Sector.
  • Clients include PLC, regional, and SME house builders, registered providers of affordable housing, land promoters, and PRS investors & developers.
  • The team specialises in residential and residential-led mixed-use developments.
  • Consistently rated as the premier team by clients and legal directories, recognised for their expertise and client service.
  • The firm is seeking Senior Lawyers to join this growing team. Expertise in house-building, build-to-rent, strategic land, or affordable housing is highly desirable.
