- Running a case load of client matters under supervision.
- Dealing with matters at all stages, from taking the client’s initial instructions through to archiving, in accordance with office and accounts procedures.
- Obtaining and preparing file documentation.
- Billing files and obtaining monies due to the firm from the clients and other parties.
- Dealing with client enquiries
- Providing support to other fee earners in the PI department.

- Ability to work accurately in accordance with procedures and processes.
- Ability to deal with technical details and to express solutions to complex legal problems in a concise and customer-friendly way.
- Ability to present and argue a case orally and in writing.

- Â 3 to 5 years PQE preferably with experience in military claims
- Current Practising Certificate for qualified applicants
