They are recruiting in their Employment team which has a fantastic client base with businesses from professional services to manufacturing. They do mainly respondent work, and are growing quickly, and in a vibrant central office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice on employment-related matters
- Represent clients in employment tribunals and court proceedings
- Draft and review employment contracts and policies
- Conduct workplace investigations and handle disputes
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor (open to level of PQE)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
