Based in the vibrant Arena Quarter of Leeds, our Legal Delivery Centre (LDC) is looking for a passionate Supervising Lawyer to join our dynamic team.

About the Role:As a Supervising Lawyer within our LDC, you will play a pivotal role in leading a talented team of Paralegals while delivering exceptional legal services. Your responsibilities will include:

Team Leadership: Supervise and support the development of the real estate team, ensuring high-quality service delivery.Collaboration: Build strong relationships with lawyers and partners to identify new opportunities for LDC-driven solutions.Process Improvement: Utilise your real estate knowledge to design and implement efficient processes, enhancing service delivery.Communication: Act as the key point of contact between the LDC and the real estate practise group, ensuring seamless project management and timely updates.Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and implement robust quality controls.Coaching & Development: Identify training needs, provide coaching, and conduct performance reviews to foster individual growth.

What We Are Looking For:

Qualified Solicitor (preferably England & Wales) with a minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial real estate.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.Highly organised and detail-oriented, ensuring effective service delivery.Excellent communicator with a professional demeanour and a dedication to exceeding expectations.
