Key Responsibilities

· Managing a diverse caseload involving wills, trusts, probate, Court of Protection matters, and lasting powers of attorney.

· Providing clear, empathetic advice to clients and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.

· Supporting the team with more complex cases and contributing to the overall growth and success of the department.

Requirements

· A minimum of 2 years’ experience in wills, probate, and estates matters.

· Willingness to undertake STEP exams (paid for by the firm) to further develop expertise.
