MERJE is seeking a highly experienced Resilience Manager for a leading financial services firm. The Role

As Resilience Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying, reviewing, and mitigating resilience risks. You'll design and embed a robust resilience framework, collaborate with various departments, and manage resilience scenario testing. Key Responsibilities of the Resilience Manager:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive resilience framework
  • Oversee third-party risk management within the resilience context

Required knowledge and experience for the Resilience Manager role:

  • Strong understanding of resilience frameworks and their integration with risk frameworks
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • CBCI certification (beneficial but not essential)
