The role 
Vision for Education is currently recruiting a Pastoral Support Worker to join a Secondary school in Leeds to start in January on a Full-Time basis. Working in this school as part of an established team, the desired Pastoral Support Worker will be working on a small group or 1:1 basis in KS4 supporting pupils with SEND.

This school has a ‘good’ Ofsted rating and is dedicated to creating a unified and caring community of learners.’ A large Secondary school that welcomes a diverse range of pupils and are looking for a candidate that can communicate effectively with pupils from a variety of backgrounds.

Requirements 
The desired Behaviour Support Worker will have:

• Have experience working with Secondary School aged children.   

• Have experience working with pupils with SEND.

• Have a passion for helping to support teaching staff across all subjects.
