Whilst on shift (12 hours), you will be responsible for overseeing a small team of multi-disciplined engineers, delegating work loads, addressing technical issues and ensuring health and safety is adhered to at all times.
75% hands on
25% office/admin based
You will need to be time-served, multi-skilled and have a strong food background. HNC preferable, flex on electrical or mechanical bias.
