Sonic Summary

Albion Search is seeking a Finisher/Snagger for a busy development of 3 & 4 bedroom houses located on the outskirts of Leeds.
Candidates must have experience in a finisher/snagger role with volume house builders and ideally possess their own tools.
Responsibilities include pre-plasters, mastic work, touching up paint, following snag sheets, and ensuring timely rectification of snags.
A valid and in-date CSCS card is required along with the relevant experience for this position.

Albion Search are currently working with a regional house builder to appoint a Finisher/Snagger for a busy development of 3 & 4 bedroom houses, on the outskirts of Leeds.

Experience in a finisher/snagger position with volume house builders is essential. Ideally, the successful candidate will carry all their own tools as well.

Roles & Responsibilities

Pre-plasters
Mastic work
Touching up paint
Following snag sheets
Ensuring snags are rectified in a timely manor
Reporting to Site Manager withprogress updates

You must have a valid and in date CSCS card along with the above relevant experience.
