This is an exciting opportunity for Conveyancing Assistants to join a market leader in conveyancing in their central Leeds office. Our client is seeking people to support experienced Conveyancers undertaking a manageable transactional caseload. You will work for a designated case handler and be encouraged to progress your skills and knowledge. Day to day duties will include:

  • Managing initial enquiries, explaining the process to Clients
  • Ensuring all files are compliant
  • Following up enquiries, liaising with all parties and providing updates
  • Administrative tasks including file management
  • Assisting the Fee earner with specific tasks on files
  • Legal research
  • Training to be able to manage own caseload.
