Conveyancing Assistant – Leading L500 Law Firm – Guiseley
Are you an experienced Conveyancing Assistant with a minimum of 6 months’ experience? An exceptional opportunity has arisen to join a highly reputable Legal 500 firm based in Guiseley, working closely with a Senior Fee Earner. Key Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have prior experience as a Conveyancing Assistant. Unfortunately, applications without this experience cannot be accepted.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Opening new files and entering new instructions into the Case Management System (CMS)
- Producing relevant legal documents and correspondence
- Updating the CMS in line with team protocols throughout each transaction
- Issuing contracts on sale files and assisting with enquiries
- Ordering property searches
- Handling exchange processes and associated documentation
- Coordinating completion arrangements
- Preparing and issuing mortgage reports to clients
