A fantastic opportunity for a Conveyancing Assistant to join a Conveyancers’ due to expansion in North Leeds. You will provide support to a Conveyancer on a one-to-one basis within Residential Property.

Daily Duties

  • Assisting with Sales and Purchase files
  • Liaising with clients and third parties
  • Drafting legal documents
  • File and database management
  • Coordinating property searches and submitting applications via the Land Registry portal
  • Managing diaries and workflow, appointments and meetings.

Required Skills

  • Previous experience within Conveyancing
