- Managing the Legal Inbox
- Assessing tasks and distributing to the the relevant person or team
- Following up with internal and external stakeholders on progress of work
- Providing reports for management regarding workload levels
- Assisting with general ad hoc administration duties as required within the team.
- Ability to use own initiative to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks
- High levels of accuracy
- Good communicator both verbal and written
- Strong IT skills in particular MS Excel, Word, Outlook will be required
- A proactive approach and willingness to provide support where needed within the team
- Immediate start
