What You'll Do:

As a Legal PA, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our legal professionals, ensuring smooth operations across multiple areas. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide high-level administrative assistance to solicitors, partners, and legal teams, ensuring efficiency and effective time management.
  • Manage busy calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Draft, proofread, and finalize legal documents, letters, and reports with precision.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, maintaining professionalism and clarity.
  • Organize, track, and file legal correspondence and case documents, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Assist with case preparation, including research and document review.
  • Coordinate client communications, fostering strong relationships and providing exceptional service.
  • Maintain and update case management systems to ensure timely access to information and compliance with deadlines.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Support legal professionals in preparing for hearings, meetings, and conferences, ensuring readiness at all times.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Legal PA, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role within a law firm or legal department.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with legal software (e.g., case management tools).
  • Solid understanding of legal terminology and procedures is a plus, but not essential.
  • A proactive, resourceful approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • A keen ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Discreet, professional, and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • A genuine interest in supporting legal professionals and contributing to the success of the team.
