THE ROLE:
Document preparation.
Audio typing.
Reception duties.
Photocopying client documents including proof of identity / address.
Applying for land registry documents.
Applying for property searches.
Carrying out different property searches.
Attending to online completion of Stamp Duty Land Tax Returns.
Online completion of Land Registry applications.
Preparation of draft Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
General office administration duties including filing and stationery control.
THE CANDIDATE:
Must have experience of audio typing.
Must have conveyancing / property experience.
Organised and methodical.
