Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced Commercial Property Paralegal at a Leading Yorkshire Law Firm

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a skilled Commercial Property Paralegal or Conveyancing Assistant to join one of Yorkshire's top law firms based in its central Leeds office. This role offers excellent prospects for career growth and development within a well-established Legal 500 firm.

I am looking to speak with Commercial Property Paralegals or Conveyancing Assistants with at least 6 months of experience in a similar role. Working closely with a Senior Fee Earner, you will gain valuable experience and be part of a supportive team, creating an ideal environment for your career progression in conveyancing.

Please note, only applicants with conveyancing or commercial property experience will be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

The role involves assisting Supporting Solicitors and Fee Earners with a wide range of commercial property matters from file opening to completion.

You will have a minimum of 6 months experience in either commercial property or residential property and be able to work accurately and efficiently, while delivering high standards of client care with the hope that you will take on more responsibility and variety of work as your knowledge and experience increases.
