- Drafting and reviewing contracts, policies, and procedural documents.
- Assisting with Employment Tribunal case preparation, including bundles, statements, and liaising with Counsel.
- Conducting legal research and managing a caseload of non-complex matters.
- Providing initial advice, liaising with clients, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Supporting business development initiatives.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an employment law paralegal.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and tribunal processes.
- Excellent drafting, research, and client communication skills.
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A legal qualification (LLB, LLM, or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.
