This is an exciting opportunity to support a dynamic Employment team, handling both contentious and non-contentious matters for a diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals, professionals, and corporate entities like the Police Federation of England & Wales. Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts, policies, and procedural documents.
  • Assisting with Employment Tribunal case preparation, including bundles, statements, and liaising with Counsel.
  • Conducting legal research and managing a caseload of non-complex matters.
  • Providing initial advice, liaising with clients, and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Supporting business development initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an employment law paralegal.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and tribunal processes.
  • Excellent drafting, research, and client communication skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A legal qualification (LLB, LLM, or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.
