Healthcare ParalegalA Healthcare/Clinical Negligence or Personal Injury Paralegal is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 50, international law firm based in Leeds. Salary is negotiable dependant on experience.My client is an award winning, Defendant firm with an enviable reputation in the market. Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a Healthcare/Clinical Negligence or Personal Injury Paralegal to join their well-respected Healthcare Litigation team. The award winning department deals with all aspects of healthcare law, including clinical negligence, consent to treatment, human rights, patient safety, child law and mental health.The successful Paralegal will assist Partners and Solicitors with Defendant Clinical Negligence and EL/PL claims for NHS Resolution & NHS Trusts. Duties include drafting letters/instruction to experts, reviewing records, interviewing witnesses, instructing counsel, collating disclosure and liaising with the CRU.The role would suit candidates with a proven track record in a Defendant Clinical Negligence or EL/PL team within a similar commercial firm, however we are also happy to consider experienced Claimant Paralegals with Medical Negligence or Personal Injury experience.
